A quote by Denis Waitley says,
“Never become so much of an expert that you stop gaining expertise. View life as a continuous learning experience.”
Sto. Niño Elementary School successfully conducted the 2023 Capability Building for Watchmen/CSU on Safety and Security in Schools with the theme: “Educating Security Personnel Gearing Towards for A Safe and Secured Learning Environment” for Cluster 1 Venue that is participated by 14 Different Schools headed by their schoolheads from District I- III and participants coming from the Division Office. We are very lucky despite of the hectic/busy schedules, our Schools Division Superintendent; Dr. Evangeline P. Ladines, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent; Dr. Violeta M. Gonzales, school principals, technical working group members headed by Dr. Ronel V. Corro as the chairperson, and our Project Development Officer-DRRM Sir Jose M. Tuplano joined us in this very informative and productive training for all watchmen/CSU. All resource speakers were very dynamic and able to share their expertise views on different topics and all participants and SDRRM school coordinators were very cooperative at all times…
Indeed, this SDO Capability Building(Cluster 1) is really useful and important for our professional and personal development.
Technical Working Group of this capability building for watchmen headed by Chairperson; Dr. Ronel V. Corro together with all other schoolheads that are members have done well enough for the Training. And it’s all because we had emptied our cup during our training and let our proficient speakers fill it in with new knowledge and ideas that will help us become resilient most especially during these trying times.
